The Apple Watch Series 7 Is At Its Lowest Price Ever

Tired of tracking your workouts with your iPhone but don’t want to drop a ton of cash on a shiny, new smartwatch? Well, you’re in luck. The Apple Watch Series 7 (8/10, WIRED Recommends) is on sale for up to $70 off (for both sizes and models, including cellular), which means you can purchase the smartwatch for as low as $329.

It frequently dips in price, but this is the cheapest we’ve tracked so far. If you’re planning to purchase it through Amazon, we recommend you don’t wait too long—the deal is only valid until April 5.

Why the Series 7 Is an Excellent Choice

The Apple Watch Series 7 isn’t drastically different from its predecessor, so this deal shouldn’t be an excuse to ditch your Series 6. But it does come with a handful of notable upgrades. There’s a bigger always-on display—with 20 percent more screen real estate—along with a full-size QWERTY keyboard that makes it far less frustrating to send texts. It’s a bit more durable too, with more water- and dust-resistance and stronger glass. Apple threw in fast charging as well, which is super useful on busy days when you don’t have much time to charge it.

As for software updates, Apple enhanced the precision of its ebiking fitness metrics and added better fall detection. Of course, you’ll also get the full suite of comprehensive health and fitness tracking features, including an ECG sensor, an SPO2 sensor, sleep tracking, a variety of workout modes (complete with Fitness+), and more. It’s certainly an ideal smartwatch for those who want a device that helps paint a full picture of their overall well-being.
